How Your Custom Wig Order Moves Through Our Factory
When you place a custom wig manufacturing order, here is exactly what happens inside our facility. Every step is tracked in our ERP system, and you receive photo updates at each milestone.
Your specifications are locked in: hair origin, length, density, lace type, cap size, and color. Our sourcing team allocates the exact hair grade from Zone A inventory or places a dedicated procurement order from our verified donor networks.
Day 1–2Cap bases are cut to your specified size (S/M/L or custom measurements). Swiss, French, or HD transparent lace is measured, cut, and pre-fitted to the cap frame. Adjustable straps and combs are sewn in at this stage.
Day 2–4Skilled artisans tie 40,000–60,000 knots per wig using single-knot or double-knot technique depending on your density preference (130%–250%). Bleached knots and baby hair are added per your design specification.
Day 4–12Wigs are placed on mannequin heads for cutting, styling, and heat processing. Custom colors are mixed in our color lab using low-ammonia formulas. Highlighted, ombre, and balayage patterns are hand-painted by our coloring specialists.
Day 12–15Each completed wig undergoes the 22-point inspection in Zone C. Weight, density, knot uniformity, lace transparency, and color accuracy are checked against your original specification sheet. You receive QC photos before shipment.
Day 15–16Units are packed in your branded packaging (or our neutral packaging for first orders). Shipping documents, packing lists, and customs invoices are prepared. Express orders reach the US in 3–5 business days via DHL/FedEx.
